One great question I’ve been getting about the Google Sheets version of the Big Board – how to use it offline? Luckily, yes it is possible, and easy to do, though with a couple small drawbacks, so let me go through what to do if you want to use your Big Board offline…
Step 1) Get your Board all set up while you’re online. Enter your league settings, update the projections, import keepers, etc.
Step 2) In the Google Sheets interface, go to ‘File’, then ‘Make Available Offline’

Step 3) Disconnect your internet and try it out before the big day. You’ll want to test things and make sure you understand the differences between Online and Offline mode!
And… that’s it! Keep in mind the various buttons/scripts in the Big Board will not work offline. All of the rest of the spreadsheet will function normally. That means the Draft button, Update button, Sort button, etc. won’t be available. There are manual ways to do all of these functions though! Check out the Big Board Tutorial for tips.
